    TLDR Most Saudi adults use multivitamins for hair growth, often based on medical or pharmacist advice.
    The study aimed to assess the attitudes and practices of Saudi adults regarding the use of multivitamins, shampoos, and hair ampules for hair growth. It involved 200 participants from both genders. The results indicated that the majority of participants used multivitamins for hair growth, while others were influenced by medical supervision or pharmacists. The study also provided detailed information on the benefits of specific vitamins like vitamin C and B, and discussed the advantages of hair shampoos and ampules. Data were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods and statistical SPSS.
