    This case report highlights the potential of a combination therapy involving microneedling, 5% minoxidil, desoximetasone, and methylprednisolone for treating severe alopecia areata (AA) in a 24-year-old male patient. The patient showed improvement after 14 days of treatment, indicating the therapy's initial effectiveness. However, the report emphasizes the need for further evidence through serial measurements to fully assess the efficacy and safety of this treatment approach.
