Management of Male Pattern Hair Loss Through Prachanna Followed by Chitrakadi Lepa: A Case Report

    The case report discusses the management of Khalitya, or male pattern hair loss, using a combination of prachanna and chitrakadi lepa, along with the internal administration of Jeevamrutham lehyam. The study observed subjective and objective improvements, including increased diameter and thickness of hair follicles and reduced hair root gap, over a 4-month period. The treatment involved the use of teekshna and ushna nature drugs with srotoshodaka and keshya action, and significant results were recorded using folliscope parameters before and after the treatment.
