TLDR KGS1 tablets improved skin and hair health.

A 24-week clinical study involving 20 women with skin and scalp hair issues found that kamishoyosangoshimotsuto extract (KGS1) significantly improved skin moisture, texture, and spot brightness. Hair properties also improved, with increased hair thickness and breakage strength. Visual analysis of facial photographs showed that nearly half of the subjects experienced brighter facial and spot skin color, reduced skin dullness, and increased skin luster.
