Early diagnosis and treatment of iron deficiency anemia are crucial to prevent these complications. Symptoms include pale skin, dizziness, and hair loss, among others. Monitoring hemoglobin and ferritin levels is essential for diagnosis and treatment planning, which can improve pregnancy outcomes.
