The 2018 study examined the effects of Biofield Energy Treatment, specifically The Trivedi Effect®, on androgenic alopecia by focusing on the growth activity of human dermal papilla cells. The experiment involved treating Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) with Biofield Energy once or twice, and then using it to culture human follicular dermal papilla cells (HFDPCs). The results indicated that DMEM treated with Biofield Energy once and twice increased the proliferation of HFDPCs by 70.24% and 207.62% respectively, compared to untreated DMEM. The study concluded that The Trivedi Effect®-Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment could potentially be an effective hair growth enhancer and could be used as a complementary and alternative treatment for various skin and hair-related disorders.
