    A 69-year-old woman presented with excessive facial hair growth over six months, which was identified as hypertrichosis lanuginosa acquisita. She had a medical history including psoriasis, rosacea, onychomycosis, and basal cell carcinoma. Despite no recent changes in medication or systemic symptoms, the condition was considered a potential sign of underlying malignancy.
