The study on Brandt's hedgehog (Paraechinus hypomelas) revealed that the skin thickness varied across different body regions, with the back having the thickest skin and the cloacal region the thinnest. Additionally, the nostril region was found to have a high concentration of sebaceous and sweat glands.
