In Vivo Studies to Determine Hair Growth Potential of Poly Herbal Medicated Hair Oil in Female Swiss Albino Mice

    TLDR The herbal hair oil helped hair grow in mice.
    The study aimed to develop and evaluate a poly herbal hair oil (PHO) formulation using various traditional Ayurvedic ingredients for promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss. The PHO was prepared and standardized according to Ayurvedic protocols and tested on female Swiss albino mice. The results demonstrated that a 5% concentration of PHO significantly promoted hair growth in the mice, supporting its potential use in treating baldness and other hair growth disorders.
