In Vivo Studies to Determine Hair Growth Potential of Poly Herbal Medicated Hair Oil in Female Swiss Albino Mice

The study aimed to develop and evaluate a poly herbal hair oil (PHO) formulation using various traditional Ayurvedic ingredients for promoting hair growth and reducing hair loss. The oil was prepared and standardized according to Indian Ayurvedic protocols and tested on female Swiss albino mice. The results demonstrated that a 5% PHO formulation significantly promoted hair growth in the animal model, supporting its potential use in treating baldness and other hair growth disorders.
