    This document described a rare case of hair depigmentation in a 3.5-month-old female with cystic fibrosis (CF), who also exhibited dermatitis, malnutrition, edema, and anemia. The patient's symptoms improved with pancreatic enzyme and vitamin supplementation therapy, leading to the disappearance of skin changes and the return of her hair to its normal brown color. This case highlighted an unusual presentation of CF, emphasizing the importance of recognizing diverse symptoms for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
