TLDR The conditioner with Spirulina and Ascophyllum extracts made hair shinier and easier to comb.

The study developed hair care formulations containing Spirulina platensis and Ascophyllum nodosum extracts to address hair oiliness and improve hair properties. Conducted with 26 participants, the study evaluated the effects of these formulations over 28 days. Results indicated that the conditioner containing these microalgae extracts decreased combability force for both wet and dry hair and increased hair shine. The conclusion was that the formulation improved hair mechanical properties and the surface of hair fibers.
