TLDR The herbal hair oil with natural ingredients may reduce hair fall better than synthetic options.
The study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of a herbal hair oil composed of Curry leaves, Banyan tree roots, Fenugreek seeds, Camphor, Pudina leaves, and Coconut oil. The aim was to assess its effectiveness in promoting hair growth and compare its physical properties, such as viscosity, refractive index, specific gravity, pH, and washability, with synthetic marketed formulations. The herbal hair oil is highlighted for its potential to reduce hair fall with fewer side effects compared to synthetic drugs, which can cause local irritation, itching, and burning sensations. The study suggests that herbal cosmetics are increasingly popular due to their safety and minimal side effects.
