TLDR FilaggrinHigh melanomas have active FGFR signaling and weak GNA14 and Th1 signatures.
FilaggrinHigh melanomas are characterized by active FGFR signaling and impaired GNA14 and Th1 signatures, alongside various genetic and immune changes linked to pruritus. These findings suggest a complex molecular and immunological landscape in filaggrin-related skin conditions, including atopic dermatitis, alopecia areata, and ichthyosis vulgaris, although the complete mechanisms remain unclear.
