This study explored the effectiveness of dual-wavelength low-level laser therapy (LLLT) on hair regrowth in mice, using LED wavelengths of 670, 680, 780, and 880 nm. Over a 14-day period, the dual-wavelength combinations were found to be more effective in promoting hair regrowth compared to single-wavelength treatments and untreated controls. The results, analyzed through surface image analysis and histological examination, suggest that dual-wavelength LLLT could be a superior method for enhancing hair regrowth.
