TLDR Combining PRP with low-level laser therapy is better for hair growth than PRP alone.
The study compared the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) combined with photobiomodulation by low-level laser therapy (LLLT) versus PRP alone in treating androgenic alopecia. The results indicated that the combination of PRP and LLLT was more effective in promoting hair growth than PRP alone. This conclusion was supported by improved anagen to telogen hair ratios in the group receiving the combined treatment.
