The study compared the efficacy of Asthisrinkala lepa and Triphala mashi lepa, both used with Pracchanna, in treating Indralupta (Alopecia Areata). Fifty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups of 26 each. Group A received Asthisrinkala lepa, while Group B received Triphala mashi lepa. Both treatments significantly reduced lesion size (p<0.001), but Asthisrinkala lepa was found to be more clinically effective than Triphala mashi lepa.
