Effectiveness of Aloe Vera Serum on Hair Growth Rate and Sun Protection

TLDR Aloe vera serum helps hair growth but doesn't protect from the sun.
The study aimed to formulate an Aloe vera serum to enhance hair growth and provide sun protection. The serum, tested in three variations, showed a clear white appearance, thick consistency, and oleum rosae fragrance. It had a viscosity of 0.023 to 0.058 Pa.s, a pH of 5.7 to 6.1, and spreadability of 6-7 cm. The serum remained stable for 3 weeks at room temperature. Results indicated that the Aloe vera serum had a hair growth effect comparable to minoxidil over 21 days but did not provide sun protection.
