Effect of Platelet-Rich Plasma on the Skin and Follicle Development of Neonatal Mice
July 2018
TLDR Platelet-rich plasma improves skin and hair growth in newborn mice.
The study investigated the effects of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on the skin and follicle development of neonatal mice. The results indicated that PRP significantly promoted the development of hair follicles and improved skin condition in the neonatal mice. This suggested that PRP could be a potential treatment for enhancing hair growth and skin health.
