    TLDR Cyclosporine A treatment caused rare hair repigmentation in a 65-year-old man.
    A 65-year-old Omani male with exfoliative erythroderma experienced hair repigmentation after three months of treatment with the immunosuppressant drug cyclosporine A. While hypertrichosis is a common side effect of cyclosporine A, hair repigmentation was noted as a rare occurrence in this case.
