TLDR No link between how fast you breathe and early grey hair was found.
The study aimed to determine if there was a correlation between breathing rate and premature greying of hair among university students. The breathing rate, measured in breaths per minute, was compared with the presence of premature greying in these students. The results indicated that 39% of students with premature greying had an abnormal breathing rate, while 61% of students without premature greying also had an abnormal breathing rate. The conclusion drawn from the study was that there is no significant relationship between the breathing rate and premature greying of hair, as indicated by the P values of 0.51 and 0.78 for the respective groups.
