TLDR Riboflavin helps heal bed sores, inositol aids skin diseases, and calcium pantothenate doesn't prevent gray hair.
The study investigated the effects of riboflavin, inositol, and calcium pantothenate on various conditions. Riboflavin was found to be effective in treating decubital ulceration, with rapid healing of bed sores observed. The combination of riboflavin and the entire B complex may offer even greater benefits for decubitus. Inositol, administered in doses of 1-2 grams orally, showed no harmful effects and demonstrated rapid responses in various skin diseases, though it did not benefit alopecia. Calcium pantothenate was found to have little value as a treatment for preventing gray hair.
