This article presents an innovative approach in skincare, focusing on the biotechnological development of an antioxidant rejuvenating serum incorporating a lipid active from Rana catesbeiana Shaw. The research highlights the serum's antioxidant properties and its pharmaceutical development process. Physical-chemical and microbiological tests were conducted to validate the serum's efficacy and safety, including peroxide analysis, titratable acidity, unsaturations, antioxidant assay, viscosity, and density. These tests confirm the formulation's stability and quality, while microbiological tests ensure the absence of harmful microorganisms. The results support the serum's rejuvenating potential, microbiological integrity, and physical-chemical stability, contributing significantly to cosmetic biotechnology and promoting sustainable innovation in skincare.
