A 30-year-old female with madarosis, characterized by sudden eyebrow and eyelash hair loss, was treated using Ayurvedic methods. The treatment included Asthi Majja Pachak Kwath, Manjistha, Haridra, a local paste, Jaloka Avcharan (leech therapy), and Snehana (oil massage) with Eranda taila. Significant hair regrowth was observed by the 45th and 60th days of follow-up.
