This case report detailed an instance of anaplasmosis in a 1-year-old Kintamani crossbreed dog, which presented with symptoms such as itching, tick infestation, lethargy, decreased appetite, and erythema. Clinical examination revealed pale oral mucosa, weakness, and tick infestation, while hematology showed normocytic hyperchromic anemia and thrombocytopenia. Blood smear tests confirmed the presence of Anaplasma spp. The treatment regimen included doxycycline, ivermectin, vetadryl, and livron b-pleks, which effectively improved the dog's activity, hair growth, appetite, and eliminated ticks.
