    Este informe describe un caso raro de alopecia triangular congénita bilateral en una recién nacida, una condición dermatológica poco común caracterizada por placas alopécicas bien delimitadas. La paciente, de etnia indígena, presentó lesiones simétricas de 2 cm x 2 cm en la región temporoparietal, con vello fino y miniaturización de los folículos, pero sin atrofia ni decoloración de la piel. El diagnóstico se basó en características clínicas y tricoscópicas, excluyendo otras causas de alopecia no cicatricial. La condición es benigna y no progresiva, con un pronóstico favorable. El tratamiento se enfocó en la educación y apoyo a los padres, evitando intervenciones invasivas, subrayando la importancia del reconocimiento temprano y un enfoque conservador.
