The main classes of medications implicated included those for the genitourinary system and sex hormones, nervous system, dermatology, cardiovascular system, antineoplastics and immunomodulators, and digestive and metabolic systems. Notable medications associated with male infertility were finasteride, testosterone, valproic acid, acetylsalicylic acid, and dutasteride. The study highlighted both well-known and unexpected drugs contributing to male infertility.
