Additionally, bile duct carcinoma was linked to isoniazid, Raynaud's phenomenon to bleomycin and vinblastine, renal failure and death to co-trimoxazole, telogen effluvium to a liquid protein diet, psychotic symptoms to dipipanone, and agranulocytosis and death to fenoprofen. The FDA was removing pediatric tetracycline due to dental issues, and a dangerous blood pressure drop was associated with phenytoin and dopamine. A 38-year-old woman developed Stevens-Johnson syndrome after taking cimetidine, highlighting the need for awareness of drug side effects.
