Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions and Their Severity in Breast Cancer Patients Treated with the Docetaxel-Doxorubicin Regimen at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital

    TLDR Most adverse reactions to the treatment were mild, with nausea being the most common.
    This study analyzed Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) in breast cancer patients treated with the docetaxel-doxorubicin regimen at Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital. Among 591 ADR incidents, the most common reactions were nausea (21.32%), alopecia (23.01%), and anemia (13.71%). The majority of ADRs (55.6%) were mild (severity level 1), with nausea being the most frequent. Alopecia was the predominant moderate reaction (severity level 2), while anemia was the most common severe reaction (severity level 3). No ADRs were reported at severity levels 4 and 5.
