This prospective cohort study evaluated the efficacy of combining adipose stromal cells-enriched high-density fat grafting (HDFG) with botulinum toxin A (BTX-A) for treating Raynaud’s phenomenon (RP) in 11 patients with 20 affected hands. The combination therapy significantly improved symptoms compared to HDFG alone, with notable reductions in pain and cold sensitivity, and shorter ulcer healing times (14.25 days vs. 25.6 days). Infrared imaging confirmed enhanced blood perfusion. The study suggests that the synergistic effects of HDFG and BTX-A offer a promising therapeutic approach for RP, though the small sample size and short follow-up period indicate a need for larger, long-term studies.
