    This report discusses a unique case of a patient with vitiligo and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) who achieved complete repigmentation of the white macular rash after a 30-day treatment with tofacitinib, an oral JAK inhibitor. The treatment was effective and did not result in any adverse drug reactions, suggesting that JAK inhibitors like tofacitinib could be a promising new treatment option for vitiligo, especially in patients with concurrent autoimmune diseases.
