    This case report discusses a 50-year-old female with Infiltrating Ductal Carcinoma who developed Dermatomyositis, an autoimmune disorder, as a paraneoplastic syndrome. The patient exhibited various skin lesions and hair loss, with histopathology and immunofluorescence confirming Dermatomyositis. Treatment included topical steroids, Prednisone, Omeprazole, Calcium + Vitamin D, and Hydroxychloroquine, along with referrals to Rheumatology and Surgery. The case underscores the importance of thorough evaluation for underlying malignancies in patients with cutaneous Dermatomyositis and highlights the need for a multidisciplinary approach for effective treatment and management.
