This case report described a 20-year-old female with simultaneous Progressive Hemifacial Atrophy due to Morphea and homolateral segmental Vitiligo, which began at age 7. The conditions progressed rapidly before stabilizing, with depigmented macules and leukotrichia on the right forehead and upper eyelid, and a hyperpigmented, atrophied plaque on the right chin. Laboratory tests were normal, and a skin biopsy confirmed Morphea. Treatment with topical and oral medications halted disease progression, and the condition remained static for 9 years. The co-occurrence of these conditions suggested a possible relationship, though the exact pathogenesis remained unclear.
