“Progress” Today - 1 year ago. Finasteride 1mg for ~18 months, Minoxidil for ~20 months, currently also trying tretinoin, nizoral, dermarolling. My hair fall and thinning has been consistently bad for about a year, and it seems nothing is working. I need to try something different. Suggestions? Progress Pictures 6/23/2023
