    Palmoplantar Keratoderma (PPK) is a group of skin conditions characterized by the thickening of the skin on the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. This thickening, known as hyperkeratosis, can be either inherited or acquired and may cause discomfort, pain, or difficulty in movement.
