Loose Anagen Hair Syndrome (LAHS) is a condition where hair is easily and painlessly pulled out because it is not properly anchored in the hair follicle during the anagen (growth) phase. This typically results in diffuse hair thinning and shedding, primarily affecting children, but it can also occur in adults. The hair often appears thin, fine, and may not grow long.
