33 y/o male used topical fin/min and dermaroll biweekly, resulting in increased hair density and significant regrowth. He got the solution from Hims and also used a DermaPen for microneedling.

Microneedling with 0.6 mm needles combined with 5% minoxidil is more effective for hair count and thickness than minoxidil alone or with 1.2 mm needles. Biweekly microneedling at 0.6 mm depth is recommended for better results in treating androgenetic alopecia.

After one year of using 1mg oral finasteride and 5% minoxidil daily, along with initial weekly microneedling that later became biweekly, the individual's hair appears improved. They have stopped microneedling but continue with finasteride and minoxidil.
