It identifies the antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties of herbs like Tea Tree Oil, Coconut Oil, Aloe Vera, Shikakai, Amla, and Bhringraj, which contribute to their effectiveness in treating dandruff and improving scalp health. Additionally, the review details other herbs such as Reetha, Neem, Tulsi, Ginger, Brahmi, Hibiscus species, Fenugreek, Henna, and Curry leaves, each with specific compounds that exhibit antimicrobial and antifungal activities, and in some cases, aid in sebum regulation and scalp moisturization.
