This study assessed the relationship between spiritual well-being (SWB) and quality of life (QoL) in 144 newly diagnosed Palestinian women with breast cancer. The findings revealed that overall SWB was moderate, with higher scores in Faith and Meaning, and lower in Peace. SWB positively correlated with better body image and sexual functioning, and negatively with systemic therapy side effects, breast symptoms, arm symptoms, and hair loss distress. Peace and Faith were significant predictors of improved body image, while Meaning predicted higher sexual functioning and enjoyment, and fewer symptoms. The study concludes that SWB is crucial for enhancing QoL, suggesting that culturally sensitive spiritual and psychosocial support should be integrated into cancer care.
