    TLDR A woman’s skin bumps healed almost completely with tretinoin cream after a leg infection.
    A 64-year-old woman developed secondary milia on her right leg one month after healing from bullous erysipelas. The milia, up to 6 mm in size, were found to be associated with dilated eccrine ducts rather than hair follicles, based on histopathologic and immunohistochemical studies. Treatment with 0.05% tretinoin cream led to almost complete resolution of the lesions.
