Rosacea-Like Dermatitis Caused by Icotinib Hydrochloride: A Case Report

    A 73-year-old man developed rosacea-like dermatitis with erythema and purulent pimples after starting icotinib hydrochloride for non-small cell lung cancer. Diagnosis was confirmed by clinical examination and microscopic findings of Demodex mites and inflammatory cells. Treatment with oral minocycline and topical polymyxin B cream significantly improved his condition, emphasizing the importance of managing skin side effects while continuing essential cancer treatment.
