    TLDR Finasteride doesn't raise acute pancreatitis risk.
    This study investigated the potential link between the use of finasteride and the risk of acute pancreatitis in men over 60 years old. The study found no significant association between the use of finasteride and the risk of acute pancreatitis. The study concluded that finasteride did not increase the risk of acute pancreatitis.
