Management of Primary Infertility with Multifactor Etiology - A Case Report

    TLDR The treatment helped a woman with infertility become pregnant.
    The case study discusses a 27-year-old patient who had been trying to conceive for two years and was diagnosed with unexplained hyperprolactinemia & hyperemic cervix. She was treated with samshamani vati and kapikacchu churna orally, along with panchavalkal taila yonipichu. After the treatment, the patient reported a missed period and a subsequent Urine Pregnancy test confirmed her pregnancy. A dating scan further confirmed the intrauterine pregnancy. The study aimed to analyze the probable cause of her infertility and the management strategy adopted.
