This paper proposes a novel framework that integrates physiotherapy and herbal medicine to address scalp disorders such as alopecia and seborrheic dermatitis. Traditional treatments often rely on pharmaceuticals, which may not address the root causes of these conditions. The study highlights the benefits of physiotherapeutic techniques like myofascial release and low-level laser therapy, which improve circulation and reduce tension, alongside herbal agents like Aloe Vera and Nigella Sativa, known for their anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties. By combining these modalities, the approach aims to not only alleviate symptoms but also resolve underlying issues, suggesting a shift towards a more holistic, patient-centered model for scalp care.
