    TLDR Removing the thymoma improved the man's autoimmune conditions.
    A 53-year-old man with a thymoma presented with myasthenia gravis, vitiligo, alopecia areata, and oral lichen planus. Post-thymectomy, his symptoms improved significantly, suggesting thymoma's role in triggering these autoimmune conditions and that thymectomy could resolve them. This was the first documented case of this specific combination of paraneoplastic syndromes associated with thymoma.
