Ophthalmologic features included optic neuropathy, blepharoptosis, lens opacities, and ophthalmoplegia. A 44-year-old man with sublethal thallium poisoning exhibited diminished contrast sensitivity, a tritan defect in color vision, and a relative cecocentral scotoma, eventually developing optic atrophy.
