This case report describes the successful nonsurgical treatment of an epidermoid cyst on a 44-year-old woman's cheek using intralesional injections of recombinant hydrolytic enzymes (hyaluronidase, collagenase, and lipase). The treatment resulted in significant cyst reduction and complete resolution, confirmed by ultrasound, with no recurrence over a four-year follow-up. This minimally invasive approach offers a promising alternative to traditional surgical methods, minimizing scarring and preserving skin integrity.
