Successfully Nonsurgical Epidermoid Cyst Management with Recombinant Hydrolytic Enzymes: A Case Report

This case report details the successful nonsurgical management of an epidermoid cyst using intralesional injections of recombinant hydrolytic enzymes, including hyaluronidase, collagenase, and lipase. Traditionally treated with surgery, this minimally invasive approach offers a promising alternative with potentially fewer complications. The report highlights the effectiveness of this enzyme-based treatment in resolving the cyst.
