Non-Denatured Soybean Extracts in Skin Care: Multiple Anti-Aging Effects

TLDR Non-denatured soybean extracts provide multiple anti-aging skin benefits.
Non-denatured soybean extracts, which retain all natural soybean components, offered multiple skin care benefits, including skin lightening, enhanced collagen and elastin synthesis, delayed hair growth, and protection against UV-induced damage. These extracts inhibited the Protease-Activated Receptor-2 (PAR-2), reducing skin pigmentation and promoting anti-aging effects by protecting elastin fibers. Additionally, they reduced UVB-induced DNA damage, potentially lowering skin cancer risk. Unlike conventional denatured soybean products, these extracts maintained active proteins, making them unsuitable for dietary use but effective as natural, safe, and cost-efficient skin care agents.
