This case study explored the effectiveness of Ayurvedic treatments, specifically Nasal Therapy (Nasya) with Sesame Oil and Head Massage (Shiroabhyanga) with Neem Oil, in managing dandruff, a condition affecting nearly 50% of the global population. Conducted at the Govt Ayurved College in Nanded, Maharashtra, India, the study involved administering these therapies twice daily over a month. Participants were evaluated every 8 days based on subjective parameters. The results indicated significant improvements in dandruff symptoms, suggesting that these treatments were effective, safe, and affordable for regular use in promoting healthy hair.
