The Curative Effect of Metformin in Combination with Dyne-35 on the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and on the Ovulation Rate and Pregnancy Rate

In a study involving 68 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), researchers compared the effects of a combination treatment of metformin and dyne-35 (Group A, 34 patients) with G'Finn treatment alone (Group B, 34 patients). The study found that the combination treatment significantly improved symptoms such as acne, amenorrhea, and menstrual issues, and also adjusted reproductive endocrine hormone levels. While both groups showed similar improvements in these areas, Group A had a notably higher ovulation rate (72.50%) and pregnancy rate (32.35%) compared to Group B (53.75% ovulation rate and 8.82% pregnancy rate). The study concluded that metformin combined with dyne-35 is an effective treatment for PCOS, leading to increased ovulation and pregnancy rates.
