TLDR Medicinal plants might help with post-COVID-19 issues, but more research is needed.
Post-COVID-19 syndrome presents various health challenges, leading to increased interest in medicinal plant therapies due to their antiviral, immunomodulatory, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. These plants may help reduce oxidative damage, modulate immune responses, and decrease chronic inflammation, potentially alleviating long-term COVID-19 effects. The article suggests integrating evidence-based medicinal herbs with traditional treatments to address post-COVID-19 patient needs comprehensively.
